How to rent

You can see available artwork and prices in the gallery of this website and my watercolor website, see a the bottom of this page to browse for artwork. After selecting a painting I will package it and it will be ready to pick up at my studio ( 195 Pemberton Avenue- North Vancouver). You will have the option to pay your rent every month with a Paypal suscription or to present a valid credit card and a driver's license. If you want to try out a different painting you can substitute your painting for any other available one after a minimum period of 3 months.

Rental period

Rentals run in 30 day increments. Paintings can be rented for a minimum of 3 months. All paintings are wired and ready to hang, watercolors will be rented framed. You can return the painting at any time after 3 months if the painting has not been damaged.

Option to purchase

You can purchase a painting at any time and I will substract what you already paid in rent and deposit from the price. That is a great way to try a painting at home before bying it. If you decide you can't live anymore with a painting, you have the option of increasing the monthly payments so you can own the painting in just a few months.
